What do you transport?

Cars and light vehicles, motorbikes, quads/ATVs, golf buggies, mowers, mini diggers and small plant, small boats, palletised goods, and other bulky items.

Are you insured?

Yes. Goods in Transit and Public Liability cover are included. We’re happy to share proof of insurance on request.

How do I get a quote?

Send pickup and delivery postcodes, item details (make/model or dimensions/weight), and your preferred date/time. We’ll reply with a clear, all-in price.

What’s included in the price?

Collection, loading with ramps and wheel chocks, multi-point strapping, steady transport, unloading, photo updates, and a signed Proof of Delivery. No hidden extras.

How quickly can you attend a breakdown?

Response depends on current location and availability. We prioritise breakdowns and will confirm an ETA as soon as you contact us.

Do you provide updates during the job?

Yes, absolutely. Photos at collection, during the journey, and on delivery, plus live ETA updates.

What if my vehicle won’t start or has no keys?

No problem. We handle non-runners and can winch/load carefully. Let us know any special considerations in advance.

Any size or weight limits?

We use a twin-axle braked flatbed with ramps. Share the vehicle/item weight and dimensions so we can confirm suitability and advise on loading.

How do I book?

Use the Contact Us page to send your pickup and delivery postcodes, vehicle/item details (make/model or dimensions/weight), preferred dates/times, and any access notes. We’ll respond with a clear, all-in quotation. Once you accept, we’ll confirm the job and agree on the earliest suitable schedule ASAP.

What if I need to change the schedule after booking?

Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll re-slot your job at the earliest opportunity. If we’ve already set off or are on site, a reasonable call-out/abort fee may apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept common electronic payments and provide a receipt/invoice. Let us know if you require a business invoice or PO.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You can cancel before we set off at no cost. If we’re already en route or on site, a call-out/abort fee may apply to cover time and fuel.

What if there are delays (traffic, access issues, weather)?

We’ll communicate promptly, adjust the ETA, and agree on the best plan. If conditions become unsafe, we’ll reschedule at the earliest safe slot.

Do I get a Proof of Delivery?

Yes, every job ends with a signed POD, plus final photos on delivery.

What areas do you cover?

We primarily serve the local region and surrounding counties in Northern Ireland, with longer-distance transport available by arrangement. Share the postcodes and we’ll confirm.

Do you offer same-day or out-of-hours service?

Yes, subject to availability. Message us with your timeframe and we’ll do our best to accommodate evenings, weekends, and urgent jobs.

Can you work with dealerships, auctions, or body shops on my behalf?

Absolutely. Provide references and a site contact; we’ll coordinate collection, complete required paperwork, and share photos before departure.

Do I need to be present at collection or delivery?

Not always. With prior written permission and access arrangements (keys/contact on site), we can collect/deliver and provide full photo evidence and a signed POD.

Can you move SORN/untaxed or non-MOT vehicles?

Yes. Trailered transport is suitable for untaxed/SORN vehicles and non-runners.
